Quality

Quality Control

What we check before agricultural machinery ships, and how that fits alongside the rest of the order — for distributors, importers and project buyers sourcing internationally.

How quality control works

Quality control on this range is built around catching problems at the point they can still be fixed — during build, and again before packing — rather than discovering them at destination. Each order moves through checkpoints, and the exact checks applied are confirmed per project based on the product and destination.

Our supplier network handles production, and we are accountable to you for the outcome. That means we coordinate inspection and documentation on your behalf instead of leaving you to chase it across separate parties.

Checkpoints

Each order moves through these stages as it is built. The exact checks applied are confirmed per project, based on the product and destination.

  1. Incoming check

Components and sub-assemblies are checked against the agreed specification when they arrive, before they are built into a finished machine.

  2. In-process check

Assemblies are inspected at build stage, so a problem is caught while it can still be corrected rather than after the machine is complete.

  3. Pre-shipment check

Finished units are inspected and documented before packing, against the specification confirmed for your order.

What guides it

Specification first

Every order is produced against a specification confirmed with you in writing before production begins, so there is a clear reference for what the delivered machine is meant to be.

One point of accountability

Our supplier network handles production; we remain accountable to you for the outcome. Inspection and documentation are coordinated by us, not chased across separate parties.

Documented, not assumed

Checks that are carried out on your order are also recorded, so there is something to refer to when the machine arrives rather than a verbal assurance.

Documentation and materials

Machines ship with the documentation confirmed for your order. Where certification, compliance paperwork, manuals or labelling are required for your market, the applicable documents are agreed in advance and included with the shipment — exactly which documents apply depends on the product and the destination country, and is confirmed per project.

Where a customer's target price will not support a particular material or performance level, we say so explicitly — including what the quoted configuration does and does not cover — rather than quietly substituting and leaving the difference to be discovered after delivery.

If something is not right

If a delivered machine does not match what was agreed, we work through it with you. The first step is always to identify precisely what was received and what was expected, so the cause can be addressed rather than argued about.
